  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch mix/seasoning, homemade or store- bought
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped
  • ¾ cup chopped raw pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in the green onions and bacon by hand until incorporated.
  2. Place the mixture in the center of a large sheet of plastic wrap. Then cover with the plastic wrap and form into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Put the pecans on a plate. Remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll in the pecans until well-coated. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
