Keto Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 1 lb fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 can (14oz) of quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped yellow onions
  • 3 ⅓ cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Hot sauce, to taste (optional)


  1. Place all the ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
  3. Serve directly from the slow cooker, or transfer to a serving dish.
